Krajowe Eliminacje 2004: Alicja Janosz - "I'm Still Alive"

Η δημόσια τηλεόραση της χώρας, TVP, διοργάνωσε εθνικό τελικό, Krajowe Eliminacje 2004, για την επιλογή του τραγουδιού που θα εκπροσωπούσε τη χώρα στο τεσσαρακοστό ένατο διαγωνισμό τραγουδιού της Eurovision που είχε φιλοξενηθεί στη Κωνσταντινούπολη, ανάμεσα στα υποψήφια τραγούδια ήταν και το "I'm Still Alive" (Είμαι Ακόμη Ζωντανή) που ερμήνευσε η Alicja Janosz σε μουσική & στίχους των Daniel Boquist, Leif Sundin, Mark Tysper & Samuel Engh, τερμάτισε στη τέταρτη θέση με 30952 ψήφους.
