Η Πολωνία διοργάνωσε τον εθνικό τελικό, Finał Krajowych Kwalifikacji 2026, για την επιλογή του τραγουδιού που θα ταξιδέψει στη Βιέννη, οκτώ τραγούδια διαγωνίσθηκαν και το τηλεοπτικό κοινό έκρινε καταλληλότερη την Alicja.
