16. Cosmos: "I Hear Your Heart"
Το βράδυ του τελικού η Λετονία διαγωνίσθηκε από την τέταρτη θέση και το συγκρότημα Cosmos ερμήνευσε το τραγούδι "I Hear Your Heart" σε μουσική των Reinis Sējāns, Andris Sējāns και σε στίχους των Guntars Račs, Molly-Ann Leikin κατακτώντας την 16η θέση με 30 βαθμούς.
Οι χώρε που ψήφισαν Λετονία το βράδυ του τελικού ήταν: οκτώ βαθμοί από το Μονακό και τη Λιθουανία, τέσσερις βαθμοί από Ουκρανία και Ιρλανδία, τρεις βαθμοί από Εσθονία, δυο βαθμοί από το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και ένα βαθμό από τη Ρωσία.
