Germany 12 Points 2004: Wonderwall – "Silent Tears"

Η δημόσια τηλεόραση της χώρας, ARD, διοργάνωσε εθνικό τελικό, Germany 12 Points, για την επιλογή του τραγουδιού που θα εκπροσωπούσε τη χώρα στο τεσσαρακοστό ένατο διαγωνισμό τραγουδιού της Eurovision που είχε φιλοξενηθεί στη Κωνσταντινούπολη. Ανάμεσα στα υποψήφια τραγούδια ήταν και το "Silent Tears" (Σιωπηλά Δάκρυα) που ερμήνευσαν οι Wonderwall σε μουσική & στίχους του ίδιου του συγκροτήματος.
