Eurolaul 2004: Zone & Cardinals - "Turn the Tide"

Η δημόσια τηλεόραση της χώρας, ETV, διοργάνωσε τελικό, Eurolaul 2004, για την επιλογή του τραγουδιού που θα την εκπροσωπούσε στον τεσσαρακοστό ένατο διαγωνισμό τραγουδιού της Eurovision. Δέκα τραγούδια διαγωνίσθηκαν ανάμεσα τους και οι Zone & Cardinals με το τραγούδι τους "Turn the Tide" (Γυρίζει Ο Τροχός) σε μουσική και στίχους των Glen Pilvre, Maian Kärmas και Priit Pajusaar, τερμάτισε στην όγδοη θέση με 581 ψήφους.
