Krajowe Eliminacje 2004: Łukasz Zagrobelny & Offside - "Dreaming About You"

Η δημόσια τηλεόραση της χώρας, TVP, διοργάνωσε εθνικό τελικό, Krajowe Eliminacje 2004, για την επιλογή του τραγουδιού που θα εκπροσωπούσε τη χώρα στο τεσσαρακοστό ένατο διαγωνισμό τραγουδιού της Eurovision που είχε φιλοξενηθεί στη Κωνσταντινούπολη, ανάμεσα στα υποψήφια τραγούδια ήταν και το "Dreaming About You" (Σε Ονειρεύομαι) που ερμήνευσαν οι Łukasz Zagrobelny & Offside, σε μουσική και στίχους των Artur Ambroziak, Krzystof Czub & Roberto Kalicki, τερμάτισε στη δωδέκατη θέση με 5532 ψήφους.
